Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received three (3) days prior to arrival. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, we will charge for one night’s accommodation. The exception is for rate discounts that are applied to reservations that meet an advanced booking requirement and are not allowed to cancel and are non-refundable in exchange for the discount.
Early Departure Policy: An early departure fee is applicable to guests who check out prior to the agreed check-out date. The latest point at which the guest can change the departure date without incurring the cancellation charge is at the point of check-in.
Late Checkout Policy: Check-out time is 11:00am, will be pleased to accommodate late check-outs based upon availability. However, please note that a full day rate will be charged to all guests who check-out after 12:00 PM hotel time.
Guarantee Policy: A guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in very late. All reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card.
Payment Policy: All Guest must have a valid Credit Card and settle room charge and taxes upon check-in.
In addition, a $50 credit card deposit is required to cover any incidental fees. (NO CASH DEPOSITS WILL BE ACCEPTED) The deposit is refundable upon room inspection and the room is found to be free of physical damages. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time any additional charges will be charged and the remaining funds released. Authorized amounts may take up to 14 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Smoking Policy: This hotel is smoke free and only allows smoking in designated areas on property
Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed on property, unless they are a certified and approved service animal.
Age restrictions apply: Guests must be 21 years of age to check into property.
Extra-person charges: Rates are based on double occupancy; additional guest fees may apply and vary depending on the rate booked.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
